Quick Open Face Sandwich

Made this quick dinner for my little man in a lazy evening. A perfect clean-up-the-fridge dish.

Ingredients (one little man serving)
1 slice of toast
a chunk of canned tuna
1 tbs. homemade chili sauce
1 tbs. mayo
2 tbs. shredded cheese
a pinch of sesame seeds and parsley

How
  1. Preheat the toaster oven to 375F.
  2. Mash the tuna in a bowl then mix in chili sauce, mayo, and half of the cheese.
  3. Cut the toast into 4 little squares. Cutting the toast now is less messy than cutting it with the topping on it.
  4. Put the 4 little square toasts on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and reassemble them back into one big toast. Spread the tuna mixture on the toast evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the tuna topping, then sprinkle the sesame seeds and parsley on top.
  6. Toast it in the oven for 12 minutes or until the cheese on top is bubbling and turns golden brown.
