Ingredients (one little man serving)
1 slice of toast
a chunk of canned tuna
1 tbs. homemade chili sauce
1 tbs. mayo
2 tbs. shredded cheese
a pinch of sesame seeds and parsley
How
- Preheat the toaster oven to 375F.
- Mash the tuna in a bowl then mix in chili sauce, mayo, and half of the cheese.
- Cut the toast into 4 little squares. Cutting the toast now is less messy than cutting it with the topping on it.
- Put the 4 little square toasts on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and reassemble them back into one big toast. Spread the tuna mixture on the toast evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the tuna topping, then sprinkle the sesame seeds and parsley on top.
- Toast it in the oven for 12 minutes or until the cheese on top is bubbling and turns golden brown.
