Tofu with Baby Anchovies

Another super easy snack inspired by the Japanese graphic novel series which can be prepared in 2 minutes.

Ingredients (make 1 snack serving)
Silk tofu, any size
1/2 tsp Ponzu sauce
1 tsp baby anchovies


How

  1. Place the tofu in a serving bowl.
  2. Drizzle Ponzu sauce around the tofu.
  3. In a small pot, heat up about a tsp of cooking oil and fry the baby anchovies on medium heat until lightly golden. Remove anchovies from oil and drain.
  4. Sprinkle fried anchovies over tofu. Serve it cold or at room temperature.

Note: Drizzle the Ponzu sauce around rather than over the tofu will keep the anchovies dry and crispy.
